Expedited Roofing & Repair, is an economy based roof repair solution. I provide repairs of all types, i.e. NAIL POPS, MISSING SHINGLES, HAIL & WIND DAMAGE, FAULTY FLASHING, POOR CRAFTSMANSHIP, POOR VENTILATION, ETC.  When you have a roof installed often you think, since the packaging says it is a 20 - 40 yr. shingle you think it will last that long. That is not true, because the "elements" have their way of significantly reducing the life of your roof.  Mean old Wind comes through and methodically removes just a few shingle tabs, or a piece of ridge capping. Then he calls, even meaner Mr. Rain. Mr. Rain, arrives and tells his crew to go to work finding, weak spots in you roof system. Uh Oh, there is those missing shingle tabs. They slide down your roof, and start looking for the nail heads. Mean old Wind & Mr. Rain work together to force each other under the nail heads, and the edges of you shingles. Most  of the time, the damage will not be seen until enough time has passed to conceal their intrusion into your home. Usually a moldy smell, or a water stain on your ceiling. 
       Those " Guys " are'nt the only intruders to the integrity of your roof. You also have the even more punishing  Mr. Sun.  He is one of the more unforgiving elements of nature. Since you think your attic is ventilated good enough, he capitalizes on your false sense of security. The heat from your attic, and Mr Sun, working together will start working on the nails that are securing you shingles, even the 8d nails that hold your roof sheathing in place. Soon what you have is a bunch of " liffted up " shingle tabs, all over your roof.  The heat and Mr. Sun will draw the nails up and out of your roof like a magnet. When the shingle gets warm it allows the nail head to force it's way through the shingle. This produces a hole, and a door for Mr. Rain. This is the most common type of roof leak, because of the often undetected nature.
      The punishing Mr. Sun will dry rot your pipe boots out, and they will crack severly. Allowing another door for Mr. Rain and his crew to enter your home. This is really a unseen problem, unless you or a qualified Inspector, like myself gets onto your roof and takes a look.
      I provide " Emergency Roof Tarping " If you have a leak in the middle of the night. I then will repair your leak the following day, with a complete roof inspection.
      My pricing follows the economy, since I know you can't afford a new roof in this "down economy", unless you have hail damage and your insurance will pay for it, often they do. I will extent the life of your roof, until you can afford a new one if needed. A lot of contractors will try to sell you a new roof, prematurley, and get mad if you just want a repair, since the real money comes from a re-roof. I will assess your needs, and give you an economical solution.
